TIME

 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Help set up the tables and chairs and the refreshment and dessert stations,

 servers, bussers, and to help clean up after the event.

 All volunteers must stay the entire time to be awarded service hours.
